Refund & Cancellation Policy

At FruiQuet, every fruit arrangement is made fresh to order. Please review this policy before placing your order.

Cancellations and changes

  • Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order.
  • We can usually change or cancel an order for a full refund if preparation has not started.
  • Once preparation has begun, we may be unable to cancel the order or refund the cost of ingredients and custom work already completed.
  • Personalized items, balloons, and other custom add-ons may not be refundable once prepared.
  • If we need to cancel an order, we’ll offer you a full refund or help arrange a replacement order.

Quality or order problems

If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible—ideally on
the same day. Send your order number and clear photos of the arrangement and packaging so we can review the issue.

Depending on the situation, we will offer a suitable remedy, which may include a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund. If an item is unavailable, we’ll contact you about an appropriate substitute or refund.

Delivery issues

Please make sure the recipient or another authorized person can receive the order at the address and time provided. If nobody is available,
or the address or contact details are incorrect, we will contact you to arrange next steps. Additional delivery fees may apply if a redelivery is possible. If our courier causes a delivery problem, please contact us and we will work with you on a reasonable solution.

Change of mind

Because our arrangements contain fresh, perishable fruit and are prepared to order, we generally can’t accept returns or give refunds for a sudden change of mind after preparation or delivery.

How to request help

Contact us at fruiquet@yahoo.com with your job order number and a brief description of the issue. We’ll review your request and get back to you as soon as possible.

This policy does not limit any consumer rights that apply under Philippine laws. The Department Trade & Industry (DTI) guidance says businesses cannot use a blanket “No Return, No Exchange” rule to deny remedies for defective or misdescribed products; a change of mind alone does not generally entitle a customer to a refund.
